Harvey Townend

The basis of my work was to take action figures as you see them and create photographs that appear almost very cinema like. One of the main ideas involved with that was to have it look lifelike and somewhat full sized while still keeping the artificial aspects in there. While the images are more so targeted towards people who enjoy the niche hobby, I hope to have some sense of appeal to members of other audiences, introducing them into the action figure and collecting community
